Our opals are mined in Australia in some of the world's most renowned mines, including the famous Lightning Ridge region. Here, deep in the Australian outback, the opals are mined under challenging conditions. Mining requires not only the latest technology, but also the expertise of experienced miners who know the country's geology inside out. Every step, from drilling to extracting the rough opals, is carried out with the utmost precision and care to ensure the delicate stones remain intact. This process takes place in Australia under the strict supervision of our mineralogists.

The selected opals are transported from Australia to Hong Kong, where they are handcrafted by the best stone cutters in the world. At a time when machine precision dominates in many areas, we consciously rely on the centuries-old art of manual cutting. Each stone is individually processed to bring out its natural properties to their full potential - a task that requires the highest level of craftsmanship.

After cutting, another quality control is carried out in Germany, where the stones are checked again by our experienced experts to ensure that they meet the highest standards. This double quality control is an integral part of our process and guarantees that only the most perfect stones are used for further processing.

In our production facility in northern Italy, the heart of European jewelry making, the opals are finally set in elegant settings made of 14 & 18-carat gold or 925 silver. Italy is known for its masterful craftsmanship and we are proud that our jewelry bears the "Made in Italy" seal. Each setting is precisely handcrafted to emphasize the uniqueness of the opal and create a piece of jewelry of incomparable beauty.

Our journey begins where time flows differently: in the endless expanses of Australia. Amidst deserts, red rock, and ancient mines, opals are formed over millions of years. In Dubai, our journey reaches a moment where raw potential gives rise to an initial vision. Each stone is inspected, sorted, and shaped into its first form. Using state-of-the-art equipment, the precise foundations are laid upon which the true artistry will later be built in Italy: metal blanks are prepared, dimensions are precisely defined, settings are pre-shaped, and every detail is tailored to the opal's unique play of color.
